Biggest Little Iconic Summer Stompdown Waiver

Waiver and Release Form 2025-2026

I, the undersigned, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby waive, fully release, and agree to hold harmless “Biggest Little Iconic Summer Stompdown” and its parent company “Nevada Line Dance Association, LLC” along with its organizers, owners, employees, and their agents from any and all lawsuits, claims, or demands of any kind and character arising from or in connection with this event, whether as a spectator, volunteer, employee, dancer, staff member, or attendee in any capacity. I understand the physical risks of dancing, attending workshops, performing, and competing, and I assume full responsibility for any injury of any capacity, and all related risks, both known and unknown to me, personal damages, loss of personal belongings, and/or illness (including but not limited to contagious diseases) resulting from attending the Biggest Little Iconic Summer Stompdown. I am voluntarily participating in the event and I am participating entirely at my own risk.

I also hereby authorize the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibition, broadcast, and/or distribution of any event videotape and photographs of me during all of the accompanying activities during the event, without limitations.

I certify that I am 18 years or older (application to Legal Guardian if under 18 years of age).
