Are you interested in doing a little more at BLISS? In addition to our workshops, open dancing, and choreography competitions, we also have two more add-ons below that you can participate in!
***A full-weekend pass is required to register for these add-ons (either Full House or Royal Flush pass)!***
Take your choreography to the next level with the BLISS Choreography Seminar, a 2-hour, small-group/personalized seminar that will help you hone your choreography skills!
During this seminar, you will:
Learn from John Robinson, Trevor Thornton, Chris Jacques, and Jonno Liberman about their choreography styles, processes, and methods… what do they look for, think about, and consider when choreographing a dance?
Get insider tips, tricks, and choreography technique… how to make sure your dance flows, how to touch upon important parts of the music, how to get creative and have fun!
Learn more about what judges are looking for when judging choreography.
Learn how to write your step sheet to ensure accuracy, proper terminology, and readability.
Get your questions answered during the Q&A portion and get personalized feedback.
Apply your learning and create a choreographed piece together!
Do you have a dance team and are interested in showcasing your team as part of our entertainment during our Saturday night party? Sign your dance team up here! You will be able to show off your team’s choreography and skills in front of hundreds of our guests! This will be great practice and a wonderful experience for everyone involved!
If your team is interested in getting feedback from our qualified choreographers/instructors, please “Register with Feedback” on the left below. If your team is simply interested in showcasing their choreography without feedback, you may “Register without Feedback” on the right below.
Only one registration is required per dance team.
Teams are allowed 3 - 5 minutes total for their choreography. Our rules follow UCWDC’s dance team rules — you can find those here: https://ucwdc.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/2025-UCWDC-Rules-Contest-Procedures-and-Scoring-Format-TEAMS.pdf
