Thank you for purchasing your 2026 BLISS High Roller Pass at BLISS 2025! On this page you will find information regarding the options for the Saturday night dinner, as well as the shirt types and sizes.

You have 4 options to choose from for your Saturday night plated dinner!

*Each dinner option will also come with a house salad (baby field mixed greens, tear drop tomatoes, olives, radish, cucumber, shaved red onion and carrots with ranch or Italian dressing), chef’s selection of seasonal vegetables, freshly-baked rolls with butter, a Chocolate Euphoria Cake (gluten-free) for dessert, and coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and assorted hot teas.

Option 1: Creamy Tuscan Chicken Breast

Seared Breast of Chicken Topped with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Garlic Cream Sauce, Sautéed Spinach, Garlic and Herb Roasted Red Potatoes, and Seasonal Vegetables.

Option 2: Atlantic Salmon Fillet (gluten-free)

Seared Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Basil-Citrus Beurre Blanc, Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato, Polenta Cake, and Seasonal Vegetables.

Option 3: Kurobuta Pork Chop (gluten-free)

French Cut Kurobuta Pork Chop with Fresh Sage and Whole Grain Mustard Sauce, Celery Root-Potato Puree, and Seasonal Vegetables.

Option 4: Creamy Vegan Polenta (vegan) (vegetarian) (gluten-free) *limited supply*

Creamy Soft Polenta Topped with Seasoned Grilled Tofu, Snow Peas, Asparagus, Shiitake Mushrooms, and a Red Wine Reduction.

PLEASE NOTE that T-Shirt sizes run small. For a proper fit, select at least 1 size up from your standard size. For a looser fit, select 2-3 sizes up from your standard size or choose the unisex option. Exchanges at the event are limited & not guaranteed.
