Become a Vendor at BLISS
BLISS will be an excellent opportunity for you to sell your products/services to hundreds of event attendees! Please fill out the Vendor Application below to be considered.
Submission of Vendor Application does not guarantee acceptance. Admission to the event will be communicated to you via email (please ensure your email is accurate). If accepted, you will be sent a vendor contract for signature, which must be signed and returned within three business days.

VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS + GENERAL GUIDELINES
1. Submission of vendor application does not guarantee acceptance. Admission to the event will be communicated to you via email. If accepted, you will be sent a vendor contract for signature, which must be signed and returned within three business days.
2. Participation is only confirmed after the contract is signed and submitted and registration is paid in full.
3. All products/services displayed and/or sold must be approved prior to BLISS.
4. There will be no refunds, transfers, or cancellations of vendor participation permitted.
5. The Biggest Little Iconic Summer Stompdown and Nevada Line Dance Association, LLC and its staff and volunteers shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property. Vendor agrees to take full responsibility for any loss or damage to property.
6. It is the vendor’s responsibility to properly secure their property.
EXHIBIT AND BOOTH SET UP
1. Vendors must keep everything within their assigned footprint.
2. Vendors can begin set-up after they have checked in and received their booth location.
3. Vendors may set up once the event has started, but they also have the option of setting up Thursday evening (approximately at 5:00 pm) or very early Friday morning depending on their interests.
4. Booth location changes will not be allowed without prior approval.
5. Disassemble and clean up vendor area any time on the date of your designated departure, but no later than Sunday of the event by 3:00 pm. Remove all trash and thoroughly clear your area.
6. Lack of compliance will be grounds for removal from event.
7. The Department of Public Health requires all food vendors to secure a license to conduct a temporary food service operation or a temporary retail food establishment. You must secure this yourself and provide a copy with your application.
8. No home-prepared food is to be sold. Preparation of food in private dwellings of any description is prohibited.
9. Neither smoking nor animals are permitted at the event.
